How long will it take for my order to arrive?

All items on this website are ready made products (otherwise stated) and will be posted within 2-3 workings days of placing your order. Once your order has been completed you will be notified by email when it has been dispatched with a reference number.

All orders will be sent via Royal Mail Signed and International Signed. Royal Mail aim to deliver to UK and ROI within 3-5 working days and worldwide within 5 – 10 working days. This may be longer at holiday times. Please contact us if you package has not been delivered after 21 days. You will need to sign for your parcel as proof of delivery.

What forms of payment do you accept?
 
We accept payments made via PayPal  and all major credit cards.
Each payment takes place behind a digitally encrypted, secure server to ensure all of your personal information is protected. Please note you do not need a PayPal account to make a transaction, debit and credit card payments can be made securely through their site without an account.

Can I cancel my order?
Our orders are processed once they are placed. In most cases we do not have the ability to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. You can always return the item within 14 days of purchase for a refund.
 
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase and we understand there are occasions on which you may need to return your purchases.
 
Unwanted items
In the unlikely event that you need to return or exchange an item then simply contact us and return the unworn goods within 14 days of receipt in the original packaging and in new condition.
 
Please note: goods that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements, are non-refundable, unless faulty as well as any sale, outlet and free/promotional products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
 
Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or faulty when you receive it we will happily make a full refund or exchange, including all postage.
 
Returns Procedure
Please return your items to us at the address below, including a note of your order number or a copy of your invoice.
 
We are unable to refund P&P or returns postage however we will not charge to post your exchanged item to you. Please obtain a ‘proof of posting’ certificate from your Post Office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for returns that do not reach us.

Do I have to pay for shipping to return a product?
Unless the item is defective, it is your responsibility to pay for return shipping.
 
How do I get my refund?
Once we receive your return and verify its condition, we will process a refund for you. It can take up to 7 days to see the credit on PayPal account. Please note that for refunds for orders where a promotion was applied, the refund amount will be adjusted according to the rules of the promotion. 
 
What do I do if I received a damaged product?
Contact us and let us know your name and order number. We’ll send you a replacement immediately. If you could also attach a picture of the defect, that would be helpful. As our products are limited edition you might have to send it back to us or choose a different design, unless you prefer a refund.
